종로3가 맛집 골목, 칼국수 만두 맛집 할머니칼국수

종로3가 맛집 은 많이 있지요, 맛도 맛이지만 추억에 찾는 집들도 많치요, 

종로3가 는 낙원상가 주변은 나이많은 노인들, 인사동 주변은 젊은 사람과 외국인들 과거와 현재가 공존되는 거리

고등학교 친구와 광장시장 박가네빈대떡 길거리 좌판에서 막걸리 한잔과 빈대떡 한병씩 먹고 

친구왈,  피막골 을 가보고 싶다 옛날 이야기를 하면서 "피막골은 그 옛날 서민들이 말을 피해서 다니던 골목이라 "

둘이서 슬슬 걸어 종로 3가 로 내려옵니다,  그 옛날 단성사, 피카다리 지금은 없어진곳도, 간판도 바꿘거리.

종로3가 맛집 할머니 칼국수로 결정.  뒷 골목으로 이리저리 헤메다. 도착.둘이서 칼국수 1개, 만두 한개 소주 주문.

할머니칼국수 찾느라 헤메던 골목 그래도 옛 생각도 나고 좋았네요..헤메는것도 분의기가 옛날분의기라.

변치않는것이 손님들을 끌수 있는 비결일수도...

오늘 만두는 잘 잡았네요....사진으로 ㅋ

이건 할머니칼국수 지접 만드는 과정을 볼수 가 있지요..주방이 보이는 좌석에 앉았지요. 뭔가 빠졌지요.

만두 그릇도 맘에 드네요....

누가 만두를 만들었는지 예쁘게 만들었어요.

만두속을 보면 이건 김치 만두 입니다, 고기만두도 있어요...

칼국수에 양념장이 들어가니 제모양이 나네요...보기만 해도 양도 많고 진국이지요 둘이서 나누어 먹습니다.

종로에 나오면 이러저리 헤메다 2차로 와서 따뜻한 칼국수 국물에 소주한잔 하면 아무생각없이 집으로 GO~

Kalguksu (literally "knife noodles") is a Korean noodle dish consisting of handmade, knife-cut wheat flour noodles served in a large bowl with broth and other ingredients. It is traditionally considered a seasonal food, consumed most often in summer. Its name comes from the fact that the noodles are not extruded or spun, but cut.

Mandu are dumplings in Korean cuisine. They are similar to pelmeni and pierogi in some Slavic cultures. The name is cognate with the names of similar types of meat-filled dumplings along the Silk Road in Central Asia, such as Turkish manti, and Kazakh manty. Chinese mantou is also considered a cognate, which used to mean meat-filled dumplings, but now refers to steamed buns without any filling.

In Korean cuisine, mandu generally denotes a type of filled dumpling similar to the Mongolian buuz and Turkish mantı, and some variations are similar to the Chinese jiaozi and the Japanese gyoza. If the dumplings are grilled or fried, they are called gunmandu (군만두); when steamed, jjinmandu (찐만두); and when boiled, mulmandu (물만두).

Mandu are usually served with kimchi, and a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar and chilli. They are often filled with minced meat, tofu, green onions, garlic and ginger.
